主席女士，中方想行使这个答辩权。 本届论坛旨在为各方讨论少数群体和社会团结问题提供平台。 遗憾的是一些反华分裂势力滥用这一平台，执意颠倒黑白， 散布谎言谣言，打着人权的旗号，借涉藏涉疆涉蒙问题， 抹黑污蔑中国，企图制造分裂与混乱， 严重违反了联合国宪章宗旨和原则， 暴露了他们对中方的恶意和政治动机。中方对此表示坚决反对， 敦促有关组织停止以一己私利破坏多边平台关于少数群体问题的讨论 ，为促进和保护人权做些实事。谢谢主席女士！
