内蒙古阿拉善左旗天然草场遭严重破坏

    今春以来，大批外来人员来到内蒙古阿拉善左旗南部的嘉尔嘎勒赛汉镇退牧还草项目区采挖草苁蓉，使处在恢复中的天然草场受到严重破坏。

    记者从嘉尔嘎勒赛汉镇草原站了解到，前来采挖草苁蓉的还是来自宁夏的农民或打工人员，采挖地点是同宁夏接壤的四个嘎查、约一千五百平方公里范围。在采挖草苁蓉过程中，采挖人员还就地樵采多年生灌木生火取暖做饭。双重摧残使草场受到很大破坏，使当地退牧还草项目区天然植被的自然恢复效果大打折扣。
    今年以来，嘉尔嘎勒赛汉镇已组织机关干部职工和嘎查民兵，清理遣返采挖草苁蓉人员十多次。
